You unlocked me." WHEN? WHEN DID SHE UNLOCK YOU, VICTOR? We find out early on that he is a bit of a rogue killer. At one point Victor tells Sarai "You made me feel real emotions.

some catalyst between the 2 characters that I missed. But I don't think I was given enough about Victor to understand him. Sarai's vacillation between numb and hypersensitive, confused and deadly intent. There was just something unbelievable about his feelings for Sarai. Sort of.īecause I really don't think I ever connected with Victor. Somehow the author pulled all that discordance together and made it work. at one point I was so pissed off I almost DNF.

Immense sorrow, anticipation, suspense, judgmental, irritated, incredibly sad, hopeful. That is the best way I can sum up my feelings regarding Killing Sarai. I don't think I can force you to read this novel at my words in this ungodly hour but.please, try. Redmerski because her novels are journey that you'd love to ride. \m/ (lol funny how i use the word 'scenes' xD because 's like watching a movie!) I'm not saying that I enjoy killings but hey.it's not everytime I get to read a novel like this. It made me pumped my fist several times in those badass scenes where another one or two bites the dust. Or kinda watching a series because their journey's a bit nning, switching places and holy freaking mojitos the exchange of bullets everything. Their survival of loyalty and death was very thrilling it's like watching an intense encounter in a movie. It's not aggresive, not sexual but you can feel the tension. I love how the LITTLE romance played in this novel. After being hold as a leverage for some time, Sarai cracked Victor's inner soul and brought back emotions that are long lost since he was a child. Their relationship builds right after Sarai escaped the compoud of her captor and sees Victor *rawr* as the only chance to do it. Sometimes I forgot that he's in his mid 30's or something.not that men in that age can't be badass anymore xD Downright sexy with a gun, too! He takes down high profile people, allegedly having underground business, from the so called 'Order'. He's ruthless, takes no bullshit and very skillful in his job. VICTOR on the other hand.*excuse me whilst I fan myself* is the motherfreakin' badass hitman.

She's a little tough chick for me, but on the inside she's crashing full throttle only because of her horrible experciences.mainly witnessing death on her account and being a captured for 9 years. Suh-rai, is that how pronounce her name? It's not a typical American name though. So it's kinda similar to said novel above, BUT only because of Mexico, Drug lords, slavery and stuffs like that. Redmerski so I gotta gave it a try because I loved/still love The Edge of Never (I can't wait for The Edge of Always!).

Looks like another Captive In The Dark." but the author is J.A.
